They received a shutoff notice in the amount of $550 and they have until August 6th to get it paid in full. Unfortunately, the utility company needs partial payment by tomorrow (7/23) for the utilities to remain on. The amount needed to prevent shutoff is $275.

Update: Mom was able to pay $130 to avoid the shut off. They have until 8/6 to pay the remaining amount of $420.
